In my own personal opinion, this hotel is one of a kind. I set my standards very high when I am looking for a hotel to stay, and I dont just look at the rooms, I look at the overall standard of the hotel. This hotel ticks all of my boxes. The staff couldnt have been any better, they were both friendly and extremely pleasant. ...big enough for all of my family, so we book two rooms at a reduced price, which helped. The capital city is full of tourist destinations and this hotel is near by almost all of them and if not, within a short journey. You can easily catch a cab from outside. ... Read review

Disadvantages: noisy, mouse in room, unclear invoices

This hotel was a mixed bag. I stayed with a colleague for business purposes. We stayed for one night, mid-week on April 7th 2008. I stayed in a room on the second floor and my colleague was on the first floor. On the plus side - If you want a hotel close to a tube station, this is perfect. Gloucester Rd was right opposite, 100yds. It was also close to South Kensington which was one stop away on the tube and very nice for shopping. The double glazing ...
...from the street. Unfortunately my window wouldn't open, it was broken. I didn't report this so just had to live with it. I booked two single rooms for myself and a colleague, we both got double rooms, which were spacious. The bed was comfortable, linen clean, water hot and the bathroom was clean. The television in the room was very good, lots of channels, new and in working order. I got an extremely reasonable tariff, £107 for Dinner, bed and breakfast ... Read review
