Advantages: Fantastic location, very impressive looking
Disadvantages: renovation work being carried out

I have just arrived back from a long weekend in London and I was not impressed with this hotel. The pictures depict this hotel as being very grand, but I'm not entirely sure these pictures are of this hotel. Disadvantages: renovation work is being carried out at the moment, and although it definitely needs it, I wasn't informed of this at the time of my booking. ...change rooms. The second room was much bigger and we had a lovely view of the air conditioning system, which ironically, didn't actually work in our room. With the mini-bar not being restocked daily and the terrible room service menu - there was a very limited choice available - take my advice and stock up on drinks and food. I took a lot of searching on the Internet to find this hotel, and I must say that at furst, I was put of by the price, but after staying there, I can say that it was the right choice. Located in central London, this hotel offers a wide variety of facilities, with the rooms being more than large, including and en-suite, and double beds.
