Advantages: Excellent location, very reasonably priced, high quality of service, cleanliness & efficiency. Easy to book online.
Disadvantages: Temperature control in room (we were very hot), drinks prices in bar a little steep even for central London.

When I look back at my stay in the hotel that is the thing that stands out my wife and I were in an "executive twin" which was one of the relatively fiew with air conditioning this mostly offset the fact that even in July the hotel was heateded like a sauna. A colleague was in much smaller room a "twin" he had no AC and suffered greatly from the heat rvrm eoyj yjr window open the few inches it would go. In this case the nearest station was Notting Hill, which was around a 30 minute walk away (not good when wearing high heals to go to the theatre).
