London in general

London is one of those places you visit and think yes I will come again.I have been quite a few times and dont mind the hustle and bustle-well actually the one thing I dont like is the tube stations!!, you need to dive on a HUGE sheer drop escalator that goes 20 times faster than any you have been on before!, then watch out for people running past you on it, to find yourself on a maze of platforms where everyone looks as if they are going to kill you!, maybe its just me but these places make me VERY nervous!
Aside from that a couple of the highlights for me were-
1. Carnaby Street
Although I havn't been for ages now and expect its changed it was the most wonderful place, with a really strange atmosphere, almost as if you were in another time or world!, the shops all sold hippyish clothes and bits and bobs and really wierd things you could never get anywhere else, plus all the people seemed so pleasent.
2. Trafalgar Square

Everyone makes a point of visiting the pidgies! and I was no different, I was overwhelmed by the amounts of them, all so friendly and all different colours and breeds.The only thing that worried me was a huge amount sitting on me, in case they pooped on me! but they didnt!.You can also buy food for them now, someone saw a good oppertunity there!!Still its worth a visit and you also have the lovely fountain to view!

3.Hamleys
A childs and grownups dream!!, this toy shop is totally amazing and the minute you walk in the door you look round in amazement, things wizz about, trains run round tracks, things hang from the ceiling!
The thing about Hamleys is that it isn't trashy at all and looks just brilliant.Of course you can get the latest fads here too, but also a huge range of the more traditional toys.This is worth a visit.

Overall London offers something for everyone, the shops are brilliant, and theres plenty to do and see- take in a West End Show,view the sights,visit the waxworks, shop till you drop ,dine in restaurants from all over the world !.I challenge anyone to say Londons boring!!
