I believe there are various Mimi's around the state/country but I go to the one in Northridge, California on Nordhoff. Mimi's are decorated like a French style cafe, with different rooms decorated in different colours, etc and really have an excellent atmosphere about them. The waiters all look smart in shirts and ties. They are probably the best at lunch time and it attracts a bit older crowd. My Grandmother used to take me here so that is why it's ... ...muffin combo. That's why I get the salad, to have the muffin. Their muffins are fabulous, the best by far being the buttermilk spice muffin, although the blueberrry one comes a close second. (if you want to cheat you can find the recipe for the Buttermilk spice muffins on their website!) Also their flavoured ice tea is worth getting. Advantages: Good Coffee! Good Place to Chat! Disadvantages: No internet!
...are many coffee cafes in los angeles. The major ones are Starbuck, Coffeebean. Starbuck is really good for chatting with friends. they have good deco and furniture, both indoor and outdoor. They usually partner up with barnes & noble bookstore. So one can usually read as well as grabbing a cup of coffee. On weekends, they both open late. They have all kinds of coffee accessories, such as relax music cds, coffee pots, mugs, all kinds of sweet treats ... ...when you order. And they will call your name when your drink is ready. As for the coffeebean, their iced moca is really delicious!! they even have the do-it-yourself moca set for sale! all the food they are selling are kosher. They also have dessert like cookies and pastries. Advantages: Consistently good "high diddle - diddles . " Eligible spoons can almost always find tasty, li'l dishes w/ whom to run away Disadvantages: You must watch out for drunken cows who attempt to jump over your moon .
