Luca/ Cyprotel Laura Beach Paphos - Cyprus

Advantages: Toasties are great
Disadvantages: Where do i start??

Me and my husband stayed at the Laura Beach hotel Cyprus from 20th June to 28th June 2007 with Libra holidays. Please note this hotel is also known as Luca Laura Beach and also Cyprotel Laura Beach depending on the brochure, I questioned the rep about this and apparently it used to be part of the Luca group of hotels but has been de-branded. We paid £400 each all inclusive including reserved flight seats. HOTEL The hotel is situated about 30-40 minutes drive from the airport but this does depend on how many drop off's there are. It is situated on the beach front if you can call it that, as it is man made and you do need to go down several steep paths and steps which with the sand are very slippy needless to say when you finally meet the bottom there are a lot of rocks, we only ventured down the once. The sea would not be ...

Ebony and Irony do Bulgaria

Advantages: Right on the beach
Disadvantages: Some of the staff need a good talking to

't want the hassle or the worry. ** Arrival The Iberostar is a compound of two hotels the Izgrev and the Obzor, which though having a reception each, essentially operate as one big complex. We stayed at the Obzor but used the communal facilities in both areas during our stay. The hotel is about 30 minutes from the airport, but on a package where you have to drop-off at various hotels this can soon become a one hour transfer. The hotel is well located for the resort, directly on the golden, sandy beach, and right at one end of the promenade meaning you're away from both the direct centre of the resort, and the famed 'party street'. We went walking most evenings and on once occasion walked right through Golden Sands and out the other side, which is about 3km and was therefore a Good Healthy Walk. The hotel has its own supermarket ...

Bondi Beach

Advantages: read opp
Disadvantages: read opp

BONDI Bondi beach is perhaps the most famous beach in Australia if not the World. The glowing white sand, the cool breeze from the sea and the glorious whether make it one of the greatest tourist?s attractions in Australia. Everyone will tell you if you are in Sydney you have to go to Bondi Beach, and they are right, Bondi is one of the best experiences a tourist can have. History: Bondi Beach is located in the Area of Bondi, which is in Vaucluse, Sydney with an area population of about 10,000. Bondi which is originally an Aboriginal word means ?water breaking over rocks or noise of water breaking over rocks?. Between 1855 and 1877 the area was under private ownership and it was used to allow people to come and use the area as a leisure ground and picnic spot. Eventually the area of Bondi and the beach was taken over by ...
