My tickets were booked online so there were no actual tickets, my bookings were logged on the computers and they only needed my name and passport when I was checking in. Because I was flying via Germany, my luggage was automatically transferred, which made things much easier. With ... ...really nervous about flying with Lufthansa after reading other reviews on ciao, as many people have said that the staff are rude and unhelpful. On the 4 flights I was on every single member of staff was brilliant. Id definately use Lufthansa again. German and English newspapers and magazines were available and of course, the safety demonstrations were carried out in both languages. On the longhaul flights there were screens all over the plane so ...

The English version seemed a lot shorter which alarmed me as I managed only to catch a few ... ...then never to fly with Lufthansa again. All I wanted to do was arrive in Berlin and get something to eat that was edible.
Return journey The return journey was a bit better; there was a lot of waiting around in the airport. When I arrived I was told that the checking desk was not open half an hour later I saw German people checking in. I don’t know if it was because of the German/English history but I am Caribbean so am not interested in their ...
