I flew with Lufthansa from London to Singapore (via Frankfurt) last year. For long haul journeys, it fared brilliantly.

Pros:
(1) Reasonable, affordable air fares (£393 return + £37.80 taxes) during October
(2) Excellent services (drinks served almost every hour) I felt sick on the return leg and was offered some help. The air stewardess was very concerned and extremely helpful.
(3) Comfortable, wide leg space compared to other airlines

Cons:
(1) No individual interactive games or TV programmes.
(2) Variety of meals served is limited

Verdict: Excellent service is its strong point though not all air stewardesses are as pretty as SIA girls...but who cares...Definitely good for long haul journeys
