As I live near to Luton itself, I always fly from there. Over the years this small airport has changed dramatically. For those of you who haven't been there for about 3 years, it is now very different. The airport check in area were very spacious & had plenty of room to accomodate the check in queues. Once checked in there was a large coffee shop that also sold snacks, which was handy. The airports check in side also offered a music shop, video arcade, newsagents, bank, cash machine & a Burger King. There were plenty of toilets & telephones to use & also plenty of baby changing facilities. As we went through to the departure area it was all very clearly signposted & was a straight forward path to follow. Once in the departure area there were even more shops, restaurants, pubs & duty free. There was a special childrens play area so the kids won't get bored waiting. The staff were all very helpful & the airport was spotless. It really couldn't be faulted.
