A very pleasant airport to be in. It's not too big, so you can't get lost very easily and there are lots of signs pointing the way. It's kept clean. There're lots of toilets and phones. Plenty of shops and places to get food in the terminal and once you go through to departures there are even more shops, and a Burger King, I believe. I had a little trouble finding my departure lounge because they were renovating at the time, but I was pointed the way by a friendly member of staff. There are plenty of seats in the departure lounge and I've never had to stand and they also have a television, luxury of luxuries! It's definitely changed at Luton airport over the past few years and the changes are for the better.

Advantages: Readily accessible, offering many short and long haul destinations. Disadvantages: Luton could benefit from better hotel and conference facilities
