Stayed at the Le Miridian, that started the trip for us and things only got better and better. Great food, great staff, clean friendly couldnt do enough. Found a driver who took us everywhere all the nooks and crannies that the tour operators didnt or wouldnt go. Hamdy Ahmed (hisam2002@yahoo.com). We are going back in June 2006 and staying at Le Meridian and using Hamdy again. We have arranged for him to be waiting for us at the hotel on our arrival via email so we wont get hassle from other drivers.
Loads to do, lots of shops went to a local Souk, that was an experience which we will do again. Great restaurants both in and out of the hotel.
This place is so good the return trip in June 2006 is for our 20th Wedding anniversary. Cant think of a better place to go!
