Last year Aug06, we decided to go to the Caribbean, and we've chosen Aruba! Because its less commerical than any other Carribbean island and Aruba is outside the hurricane belt. The temperture is always around 28degrees with cool breeze all year round. So we were looking at different travel agency's websites to compare prices.The cheapest that we could found was through expedia.co.uk. Its about GBP40 per room per night and also has free continental ... ...We got to Aruba by KLM, and we took the taxi to the hotel. It about 15minutes from the airport and cost about USD20. The hotel is about 10 minutes by car to the town Oranjestad.
The hotel has 19 rooms divided over 2 floors. Its got 16 double rooms and 3 family rooms, suitable for maximum of 5 people. All the rooms are air-conditioned with private shower and toilet. The room is equipped with cable tv, small safe(with fee), small fridge, telephone, ...

Advantages: great food, friendly people, wonderful crystal clear water! Disadvantages: no direct flight
...the town Oranjestad and the airport. We stayed at the MVC Eagle Beach Hotel (we booked through expedia with free continental breakfast), and it’s a cozy family hotel with 19 rooms. The Eagle Beach is just right across the street! It’s about GBP40 per room per night, which was reasonable. We really enjoy our stay, the staffs are really friendly and they try to do everything to make our stay enjoyable.
3. Villa usually rents on weekly basis, though longer period of time can be scheduled at a prorated basis from Saturday to Saturday. Monthly rates are also available for long term stays. Room rate is about USD125 to USD165. Some has swimming pool, ocean view, private beach area, complete kitchen, and family room with bar, entertainment patio with BBQ, beachside gazebo for lounging, hammocks and comfy chairs.
