Me and my partner stayed at this hotel last weekend and the whole experience was superb from start to finish.we had booked here as we were getting married on sat 22 august.my 1st impression of the hotel when we arrived was AMAZING! When we arrived a lovey gentleman rushed to help us with our bags and even offered to park are car.once in the hotel i was stunned by how clean and how stylish it was.once we haad checked in we were about to go to are room when the concierge shouted us back to tell us that they were upgrading us from our executive room to a fantastic suite.are suite was absolutely gorgeous with modern decor and a newly fitted bathroom suite with shower and bath.the view from our room was breathtaking.you could see straight to the lake and watch the boats come and go.if you looked down you could see the roof top terrace bar were you can have afternoon tea and other drinks.the staff who work at this hotel literally could not do enough for us.they even sent us a bottl of wine and a card up to are room to say congratulations.this was a really personal touch and we really appreciated it.the whole appearence of the hotel was out of this world.it wassuper clean and you could tell how hard the cleaning staff worked.the catering staff also allowed me and my paartner to come down to the dining room early on the saturday morning so that we could have are breakfast and then off to get ready.they were great.the only thing and its a little thing,is that your breakfast consists of only cereal and toast, and you had to pay extra for continental.but that is it really.i will certainly be booking this hotel next year for my anniversary.hope this review helps x
