My partner and I stayed at the White Hart over night and were treated to a very pleasant experience. The staff were courteous and extremely helpful throughout our stay, especially as my partner was unfortunately taken ill. Nothing was too much trouble.
We also had the pleasure of dining in the hotel restuarant where the menu and catering were both of a very high standard. The food was exquisitely presented as well as of high quality. The little details are so important and not forgotten. Breakfast was of an equally high standard and beautifully served. Again nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
Our room was of good decor and comfortable, very relaxing. The en suite bathroom was also well presented. Both the room and bathroom were very clean and tidy. The tea/coffee facilities were well stocked and had a good selection. The mini bar also was well stocked.
Though we were on a leisure break I would say the White Hart is also a good place for the business traveller.
How helpful would this review be to a person making a buying decision? Rating guidelines
Sorry for the low rating, but I think that your Review needs a lot more information and detail to justify a higher rating. Hotel Reviews need lots of information, ranging from price, to quality of furnishings, to customer service, to what's actually on the menu to hotel facilities etc etc I think that you need to write every product Review as if you’re writing for someone who has virtually no knowledge of what you’re reviewing, in clear non technical language. You might find it helpful if you read and rate some other peoples’ reviews (especially those that have been rated VH or E). It might give you an idea of the sort of things you need to include. It might also be helpful if you had a look at the Ciao guides to writing Reviews and Rating I found them really useful. If I can be of any help feel free to put a note in my gb. Rich
