A Flying Visit Is Do-Able, Honest
Advantages: Plenty to see, (and eat!)
Disadvantages: Some knowledge of Spanish a distinct advantage.

Capital city!
Advantages: great bars and restaurants, wonderful for shopping
Disadvantages: Some areas are a bit run down, gets unbearably hot at the height of summer
