beach, 2 kms from the town centre, bus 150 mts, nearest shops 200mts. Play area Rifi-Club: Tobogans. Entertainers and entertainments programme FAMILY CLUBIndoor and outdoor Rifi Club. Children will have a great time with our children's entertainers in our RIFI Club, children's pool ,play ground with Miracle (world leaders in children's play) climbing frames. Activities include bouncy castle, table tennis, table football and lots of fun and games to occupy them.
approximately 150 metres from the Levante beach, 1 km from the town centre and the nearest shops are only 200 metres away. Hotel bedrooms are well equipped with air conditioning, television and telephone. There are various leisure facilities available on site including 2 swimming pools with children¤s section and daily entertainment programme.

We arrive at the back entrance to the hotel...why?...because the clever people who designed the hotel thought it would be an excellent idea to put the front entrance on a road too narrow for coaches to travel on.
Our rep points reception that way and promptly disapears sparking a bit ... ...of the holiday company and not the hotel). Next problem the lifts are only big enough to fit two people and two cases, with 24 of us and 23 cases it took a fair while to get to reception.....we managed to lose 1 aunt and 1 uncle on the way but somehow retain their child?!? Anyway once all together again it's time to check in. The staff on reception didn't speak very good English, now to be fair we don't speak very good Spanish but I thought that ...

Advantages: None Disadvantages: Poor service, crap food and ignorant staff
we arrrived at the hotel on Saturday 20th October 2007 at aprox. 11am.
First impressions of the hotel were good. We went to receptio to check in which was ok but were told that the rooms were not ready until 2pm, andwere told to make ourselves at home in the bar ect.
2pm came and went and the rooms wee still not ready. 3 different rooms we were given to which we could not gain entry as the rooms were taken. Eventually at 5:45pm were got our room.
... ...which is a entertainment venue within the hotel, were the bar staff were refusing to serve you because they had no glassess.(I forgot to mention that we were all inclusive). Well I dont want to go on much more but I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYBODY. IT IS THE WORST HOTEL FOR SERVICE I HAVE EVER STOPPED IN.
