...and buy because prices are going up, up, up as people discover what a bargain it is to live in the metro Atlanta area. Buckhead is a fabulous haven of fine restaurants, theatres and great dance and music clubs. For a funkier crowd you can hear some great music, see some experimental theatre or meditate at a Zen den in Little Five Points. I'm married, but I understand the singles scene is happening in Atlanta. Scottish friends of mine moved here and will never leave because they swear there's nowhere in the world with such a balmy climate, land galore and all the shopping, cultural and culinary resources you could ever hope for....

Advantages: Great weather, lots of trees, culture diversity, nice houses and affordable Disadvantages: Over speeding on highways, can get pretty dry atimes
...for hot or cold air all within a gated community with a small swimming pool and gym with lots of trees around all for just about $1000/month in a posh part of town!!! I stayed in Buckhead where the governors mansion is located and where a lot of high profile companies are located and it was fantastic.
What's more the people are pleasant, the weather is pleasant, food is pleasantly cheap and life is generally void of all the stresses of city life except you stay outside the perimeter and depending on what route you have to commute if working. Here, you can live and enjoy your income instead of it all going into high costs of parking, transportation, accommodation and the like.
I'd recommend it highly for anyone looking for this kind of lifestyle and if you're the academic type, 2 of the best business schools in the states are resident...

...When you think of America, the obvious places to go are Boston, Florida and New York, however there is now a city that can challenge these and that is Atlanta, Unspoilt by tourism as yet they provide all the essentials, shopping Malls, Outlet centres and excellent restaurants. The best value for money is places like the Jimmy Carter Presidential Centre it is a must for all people old and young and at $5 excellent value for money, here you can trace Carter's rise from peanut farmer to President through pictures articles and video, there is also a replica of the Oval Office. You will also see gifts from other coutries leaders and after you have finished, you can take a stroll around the Japenese Gardens or have a drink in the restaurant. Other musts are a tour of CNN studios at $6 and the World of Coca Cola at $12 here you get to sample...
