Advantages: Lots to see and do, the metro, Disadvantages: Eating out can be expensive, everyone else is there too (everyone loves Paris)

The streets are narrow and it seems very quiet at least if you are coming from the Les Halles area. I think this is Paris' jewish quarter - some good falafel shops too. On the way we passed by Musée Picasso, maisonde Victor Hugo but we only stopped at place des Vosges which was Paris very first square built in 1609. ...in the last five or so years then you will not recognize the new London. Central London (Soho, Picadilly, Shaftsbury avenue, Leicester Sq, Tottenham Ct Rd, Oxford Circus etc) is buzzing and the atmosphere is very European ~ the streets are vibrant & exciting ~ packed out pubs, cinemas, nightclubs, restaurants, shows, theatres and wine bars, not just the weekends but also weekdays. London offers diversity & its nightlife is right up there with the other top European cities, attracting more & more people to its trendy & vibrant streets, where you can enjoy and soak up atmosphere until the early hours of the morning.

I was in Boots shopping for toiletries last week and decided to take a trip over to the perfume counter to see if there were any nice fragrances which had been reduced in the January sales. I spotted a Paris Hilton perfume gift set right at the front of more
