The PontduGard has stood majestically over the River Gard in South West France for over 2,000 years. It is thought to have been built around 20 BC, with the principal purpose of bringing water to the flourishing Roman population in Nimes, from a spring 50 km away.
The bridge itself is 275 meters long and 49 meters high, and consists of three tiers of arches. It served the dual purpose of carrying water as well as a roadway.
It is situated in an area of truly outstanding natural beauty, and visitors are attracted not only by the extraordinary bridge but also by the cool waters of the river during the summer months. Sitting up on the banks of the river with a baguette, some cheese and a bottle of wine must surely be one of the great pleasures of life.

Who is Martine McCutcheon?
Born 14th May 1976 - Hackney London - Martine trained at Italia Conti Stage School and at 15 was picked to be in girl band Milan, the toured with East 17 in 1994.
It was in January 1995 they she got her big break when she was cast as Tiffany Raymond in East Enders a long running soap on BBC1. She stayed with the soap and before long 'Tiff' was a household name. Her dramatic relationship with Grant Mitchell kept viewers avidly watching, but despite her success she decided to leave the soap for good and was killed off.
Martine then went on to pursue her acting career and was a hit with her first single 'Perfect Moment'.
In 2001 Martine took to the stage as Eliza Doolittle in My fair Lady.

Advantages: Gorgeous Smell Disadvantages: A tad expensive
I bought this product myself, whilst going on holiday in the duty free section. Part of the reason for this is because it is very expensive, especially the eau de parfum. This is a lovely fragrance that is sweet smelling that after one spray lasts for ages, which is why I think it is worth the money spent because it means you have to use less of the perfume, which with some others you have to spray numerous times, over the course of the day in order to still smell it. Whereas, with this one, that isn't necessary.
However, I recommend buying the eau de toilette if you don't want to spend as much money, but again, it may mean you have to use more of it.
Buy this product if you feel like splurging and treating yourself. It also makes a really nice gift and in my experience, lasts a significant amount of time. I think this is ...
