The staff were mostly very helpful although the language barrier was at times a problem, helped that my husband speaks basic Turkish and I speak basic German! 99% of guests ... ...cultures but I (and my child) got physically pushed out of queues and many of the guests were arrogant, greedy and rude. Most of the entertainment was geared towards German guests with many songs and announcements in German or Russian and the kids club was German and Russian speaking only. Turkish Lire accepted but not liked - Euro main currency at resort.
