Beatiful hotel in Soller, Mallorca

Advantages: Beautiful hotel, beautiful location
Disadvantages: Let down by food

I stayed at this great hotel about a year ago. It also claims to be a spa hotel, although we didnt tryany of the treatments available. So unfortunately I cant comment on the 'spa' part! Barcelo Cala Vinas a scenic place to please us?

Advantages: Immaculate hotel, great entertainment team, lovely location and superb food.
Disadvantages: Remoteish location, lacking room facilities and the damn bingo!

A hotel with no air conditioning in the rooms

Advantages: clean friendly great entertinement superb pool
Disadvantages: No Air conditioning (can you believe it ? )

NO AIR CONDITIONING - A huge negative to this hotel, is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. The heat is stifling - so it is very uncomfortable to sleep in. . .some take to sleeping on the balconies at night - yeah - dragging their mattresses outside. There are ceiling fans in the rooms, but they are in-efficient. It helps to keep your curtain drawn when you go out - but it is still too hot and uncomfortable to go up to your room - even ...
...LIFTS - There are 9 floors but and only three lifts but the lifts are very small - maybe 8 or 9 people max (and it won't move if you are over loaded !! ENTERTAINMENT - This is a matter of opinion. Butlins in the sun!

Advantages: Plenty to do, good entertainment, great for children
Disadvantages: Some shabby accommodation, expensive supermarket

MARTHA SHOULD BE PROUD!!!

Advantages: lovely apartment, nice pool, great location
Disadvantages: it wasn't cheap
