...feeling of a cool, clean hotel that seems rather dated in style. Rooms Initial room given was really small but help from reception, who were very good throughout the stay, produced a good sea facing (90% of rooms are) room. Room had king bed and usual amenities. ...is a review of the Sea Club Resort (previously Sea Club I and II) Location: The hotel is located in the main resort centre of Alcudia which has many shops, pubs, bars, discos, restaurants and amusements. The staff could have been a bit friendlier - they were not rude or untoward but not very welcoming and we did not get a "hope you enjoyed your stay" or "come back again" when we left. We, as a family with two young children, had a lovely holiday at this hotel. Location The hotel is situated in the pleasant seaside resort of Alcudia in Mallorca. The transfer time from the airport is about 1½ hours by coach. This was just about the maximum time for our kids. However, this ride could well be the closest you see of real Spain on your holiday. ...a general store. There are also some bars with arcade games and sit-in pay-and-ride toys. It is only a short walk away from a clean, wide sandy beach. However you do need to cross a main road. But there are traffic lights and the road is not that busy. As stated, the hotel is situated in Mallorca, Spain. ...lady helped us book the Mariner Club which is in Alcudia, Mallorca through Thompsons. So, early evening on 11th May we flew with no problems from a scorching hot Cardiff airport and found ourselves two short hours later in rainsoaked Mallorca.
