I travelled to Hotel Honolulu with a MyTravel all inclusive late deal departing Easter Saturday. The hotel isn't in Palma city, it's in Torre Nova, basically part of Magaluf on the Palma Nova end. All these resorts blur into one another providing plenty to strole around. I would say the area is better for younger people, with lots of lively bars starting basically at the bottom of the hill (out of earshot of the hotel though). The nearest and busiest ...

I booked this hotel through Octopustravel and with the intention that it would be easy to get to and from the airport and it would be easy to get to the town from the hotel without much hassle. Both turned out to be very true. We got off the aeroplane at Palma and hopped on the number 1 bus outside the airport -right to the "port" of Palma- the marina. We visted the Hotel Armadams for our honeymoon back in October 2006 for a short break to take in the sights and sounds of Palma. It is situated one "block" away from the main promenade in Palma, a road lined on one side with bars, hotels, shops and the marina and harbour area on the other.
