Thinking of Mallorca? Don't hesitate, it's a beutiful island filled with lovely people and classy places to eat and drink. UNLESS you visit the tourist traps in the south and west of the island. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxed and slightly more refined holiday head for the north east of the Island. Cala san vicente or Puerto Pollensa are particular favourites. here you will find beautiful bays, marina's, international cuisine, great nightlife and the appearance of any beer-bellied union jack short wearing pasty Brits is rare.
Have a great time without having to cringe every time you hear a British accent.
