Used Malaysian for international (LHR - KL) after previously flying Singapore Airlines. Not sure what to expect after a friend had experienced something of a dodgy stomach following a LHR inbound flight. That said, extremely pleasantly surprised. Flights (took a total of 7 both international and domestic) all on time with clean, modern aircraft. Inflight entertainment on 747 - 400 (trans-continental) flights excellent with seat back screens with choice of movie channels and games. Certainly helped fill the time for the flight (12.5 hours).
Don't forget to enrol with KLM's Flying Dutchman frequent flyers club as valuable mileage is awarded on ALL Malaysian flights. Well worth doing.
Food - international flights no problem. Domestic - very localised - but nice.
Price - about the same as Singapore Airlines.
