I have always read in survey that Malaysian Airlines are one of the best airlines but it is still always behind Singapore and Emirates Airlines. I have travel with Malaysian Airlines and Singapore Airlines. Both are equally good. Thus it makes me wonder on the criteria the survey takes on to rate those Airlines. Later I learned that the survey was refering to the First Class service in the airline. I know don't ... as I only travel in economy class. But I can assure you, Malaysian airlines provides one of the best service in the economy class. Especially with Boeing 777, you are able to choose your own entertainment, be it watching movie, listening to radio or playing games. The stewards and stewardess are very helpful and polite too.
If you are going to travel in economy class.. Choose Malaysian Airlines... you will never regret it
