We wnt on honeymoon in malia and we're just back may 2004 and we both had different ideas of the perfect holiday .
Thats what was great about it we could mix and match so we both loved it our only regret is we didnt take the kids.
The whole thing was brilliant the locals were so friendly and they are amazing at remembering you, the studio apartments we were in were great they were joined on to the crazy pool bar the staff are really friendly same with the staff at the las vegas and electra bars and they're a great laugh who made us feel right at home. Even though we sometimes thought we were the only scots there.
Theres lots to do the beach is close with all different water sports or you can just lie on a sun lounger or even take a lovely swim in the sea, the sand was lovely no stones.
The shops were good and they didnt harass you into buying anything like they do here and you could walk into a shop and back out without noticing sometimes that the assistant was there. There was a train that took you round the old town which was good there was plenty of shops night clubs pubs and restaraunts.
The pubs having cheap drink and the restaraunts had a great variety of foods from all over and they were cheap and the staff couldn't do enough for you. All in all we had the greatest time and we're going back in september with the kids.
