It's a nice little part of London (Smiths of Smithfield, Fabric just down the road) with easy access to the centre of town or Islington by ... ...if you don't want to deal with hustle and bustle of Picadilly or the West End but still need a central location. When I arrived as usual the staff were helpful and friendly - you get the impression they genuinely enjoy their jobs and want to provide a great service. I love Malmaison's brasseries. The boutique hotel chain's eateries have a really fantastic buzz about them. I think the atmosphere that they have managed to achieve is mainly due to their amazing ability to hire incredibly nice people.
