But over and above that the cocktail list is the best I've seen anywhere ,from Cosmopolitans to Tom Collins and everything in between , each one made from scratch with fresh juices and garnishings, fabulous. It doesn't come cheap though with the classic cocktails starting at around £8 and a glass of champagne ... ...I would be staying at Malmaison Manchester for work I was very happy , but wondered if the rest of the hotel would live up to expectations. The room rate was £125 per night for a standard double room. Check in was smooth and the staff were very friendly and plentiful. I was given a room on the top floor which was small but perfectly formed. Very comtemporary and sleek without being too stark, and actually the size of the room made it quite cosy. ...

I stayed at the Tulip Inn (Trafford Centre) early in August as the Arctic Monkeys were playing at Lancashire Cricket Ground.
When we arrived the car park was quite full but had plenty of spaces, even though the hotel very obviously very busy.

I love Malmaison's brasseries. The boutique hotel chain's eateries have a really fantastic buzz about them. I think the atmosphere that they have managed to achieve is mainly due to their amazing ability to hire incredibly nice people.
