on a recent trip to lanzarote. we checked in 4 cases and a trolley. when we landed in manchester the trolley was first off and then 3 cases followed and we waited an hour for the last case. This was similar with alot of other people as well. what amazed me was that the trolley was checked in seperately and my cases were checked in together. we was dead chuffed when the cases come off till we realised that one case was delayed because the bagage handlers had run out of trolleys to transport our cases? obviously we need to speed up the process if other countries in the EU can deliver better service why can,t we after all Manchester airport is a state of the art airport
