The room we choose was on the 3rd floor and you had to go either down a long slope or steps and then back up three flights of steps to the room, this isn't somewhere I'd recommend for people with walking difficulties or in a wheelchair. I must say that either this hotel has changed its policies or I must disagree with the other reveiwer admittedly there were several downsides to the hotel such as the hotel was the wrong side of the main road in puerto banus, but there were taxis waiting outside the hotel all night, the taxis were expensive but nothing more than you would expect to pay for this area or you could use the underpass route which envolved a short walk to the harbour. ...

Having just returned from the Andalucia Plaza, I thought I would let you know what I thought of this hotel. I went for the weekend with friends and had been highly recommended that this hotel was one of the best to stay in, in Marbella so was really looking forward to it. We arrived on Friday and had booked to stay until Sunday (3 days) and got to the hotel at 1.30pm. Our rooms weren't ready and we had to wait 2 hours for them - not impressed! When ...

The telephones didn't work the whole of our stay; the balconies were very small and we had a lovely view overlooking the air-conditioning units!
