Lovely holiday in Calahonda

Advantages: Great complex, excellent facilities, clean, great location
Disadvantages: No shallow end to pool, hilly area and complex

...from a weeks stay at Club Marbella in Calahonda. Calahonda is a town in between Malaga and Marbella, about a 30 minute drive from Malaga airport. I went on this holiday with my boyfriend, Mum and her partner. They stay at this resort as part of a timeshare but you are also able to book to go on holiday here independently. ...to choose which room we wanted to stay in, which I thought was good although perhaps wouldn't be an option in peak season. The room we choose was on the 3rd floor and you had to go either down a long slope or steps and then back up three flights of steps to the room, this isn't somewhere I'd recommend for people with walking difficulties or in a wheelchair. Vacation Club - fractional fun in the sun

Advantages: More comfortable than a hotel room - good with kids
Disadvantages: Not your apartment - can't leave anything there - do you want to keep going back?
