Maremagnum is not your bog-standard shopping centre and caters for all but the most obscure tastes. Impressive statistics include no less than 12 cinemas and an IMAX theatre! The games arcade is truly massive, a galaxy of shuddering joysticks and synthesised explosions you could quite easily wander into and never come out of. Fancy a tattoo or piercing to show off to your friends back home? (I didn't stop to check the prices, ... ...in Barcelona will find the Maremagnum shopping centre a godsend.

...Port Vell is the oldest area of the port of Barcelona. After loads of rejuvenation and restructuring in 1990 ready for the Olympics in 1992 it is the most up to date modern dynamic are of Barcelona. it is now one of the most popular parts of the city.
Over the sea there is a building called the Maremagnum, which is the most attractive complex in the area. It has heaps of shops in and loads of bars and restaurants. ...One of the most amazingly pretty places i have visited! Bacelona manages to be one of the most cosmopolitan, sophisticated cities in Europe, while retaining a quaint charm. The mazes of narrow streets lined where cafes and boutiques nestle between flagship Mango and Zara stores. La Rambla is a must for any tourist, the street stalls and entertainers providing no end of holiday experiences and souvenir buying opportunities.
The Maremagnum, a shopping centre, on a pier over the sea, wouldn't look out of place in any major city, it includes a Nike shop, H & M and many more!
The small neighbourhoods of Gracia and Eixample, comprise of bustling squares filled with pavement cafes, and chic shops. A must, if you're staying long enough to venture a little further than the holiday comfort zone!
Perfect location, Perfect...
