Advantages excellent merchadising, great staff
Disadvantages nothing for the younger generation, great for xmas shopping though
every christmas somewhere you can gaurentee to pick up a great stocking filler is marks and spencer. helpfull staff who see the costumers needs and will help you find something if your desperate to get your grand mother something for christmas.
I say that because they do not have clothing that would suit my generation, 16-21 year olds.
but they do have a little of everything so if your in a frantic last minute shopping spree, head down to your local marks and spencer and you're gaurenteed to find something at a reasonable cost.
The store i visit are always kept tidy and there is always a member of staff wherever i looked.
the staff had excellen social skills combined with excellent knowladge of marks and spencers products, very well trained.
The staff had initiative and worked very well as a team.
Marks and spencers 'product range' is vast. everything from a suit to childrens clothes, sandwiches are'nt my taste but they do sell delicious chocolates made by those specialist confectionars, Thorntons.

I would prefer to read reviews by people who are interested in what they review. You give the shop a high star rating and say there's nothing for your age group. Really, nothing at all? Why the rating then? My suggestion is that you review the places you like to shop and say why.

welcome to ciao, try and write your reviews like as though you have never heard of the store. This will get you higher ratings, tell us what departments they have etc. Do not worry about low ratings as you can always re write these opinions and ask people who rated you to re read.
