Advantages: Excellent dollar rate, laid back city
Disadvantages: Spent too much shopping and did not get to see the famous New England Fall trees!

Boston is a very historic city in terms of the youthful American history, and you can tell that by the buildings – start off on Boston Common and follow the freedom trail – this will take you past the most famed buildings within the city, and its free! It was rather chilly when we visited so we only walked as far as the Fanuiel Hall, but you can see how the walk in the New England summer would attract hundreds and hundreds of tourists. Review of Boston

Boston Hilton

Advantages: Comfortable, clean, good location
Disadvantages: Prices during the week

I like my home comforts when I am travelling abroad, but Mr Tart is quite happy to stay in any old hostel. We were looking for somewhere to stay on a trip to Boston and had decided that a guest house would be a happy medium. However, they weren?t that cheap and when I had a look on Expedia and found a Hilton for less money I couldn?t believe my luck! LOCATION: This Hilton is located in Boston?s Financial District. It is at 89 Broad Street. Despite it being in the Financial District we found it very easy to walk from the hotel to the main tourist sites of the city. Quincy Market and the Old State House were only 10 minutes walk away. PRICES: The price of this particular hotel seems to vary a lot depending on when you stay and who you book through. A five-star front desk at a Marriott in Boston

Advantages: Extremely efficient front desk, ideal location for power shopping and sightseeing
Disadvantages: No ghosts, a/c leaked, staying at Marriott can lead to telephone solicitation later

Also available was a health club, full-service business center, indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. For dining, the hotel provides room service, four restaurants, and a coffee shop. When I returned home and had my film developed, the Marriott surprised me again. I had quickly taken a few pictures of our room so I could refer to them while writing this review. One of them showed a blotch of white defecting my image. The photos I took around Boston produced more spirit shots than I have brought home before, but this one made me wonder.
