Stay at the Holiday Inn on Parado

Advantages: nice area of Marseille -not too far from the beach
Disadvantages: all shops & restaurents close early.

Address- Avenue du Prado, Marseille The Avenue du Prado is close to Parc Chanot, Stade Velodrome and Palais des Sports. Cost per room - range from EUR114.00 for pre-booked standard room to EUR220.00 per night for a superior room The hotel has 119 rooms 45 of which are non smoking. Stay at the Mercue

Advantages: clean, Cheap and freindly
Disadvantages: No drink making facilities in room - only the mini bar

...the hotel restaurant. There are 2 elevators in the hotel and having stayed in the Mercure on many occsaisions have never suffered with etiher elevator being out of order. so to sum up, for a short stay in Marseille the Mercure is very suitable. ...
