Advantages: Great rides for all the family Disadvantages: The queues and some things expensive
rollercoaster and Avalanche where you get to experience the thrill of a bobsleigh track.
From the family rides my favourite has got to be the Grand National where you jump on a horse and race another rider who rides on a track alongside you to the finish line. The Ghost Train is the oldest in the world dating from 1930 and still makes you jump as you ride along in the dark and come face to face with skeletons and ghosts. Sir Hiram Maxim?s flying machines are simple aeroplanes which fly round in circles high off the ground, they must have been cutting edge in 1904 when they opened but are still a good family ride today. The Wild Mouse rollercoaster is one of the oldest in the world and these days is tame in comparison to the major thrill rides and great for families.

Advantages: Some good writing and brings our story to an end. Disadvantages: It's not du Maurier
as I said at the beginning of this review, Ms Hill?s style is VERY characteristic of Daphne du Maurier?s, hence the reason ? I would imagine- that her estate chose her to write the sequel.
This book starts as Maxim de Winter and his second wife (we still don?t know her name) return to England, still childless, after 10 years in voluntary exile. They had returned for Beatrice (Maxim?s sister?s) funeral, also Mrs De Winter had decided that she was tired of their banishment and wanted to return home, settle down and start a family.
Like in it?s predecessor, the unnamed protagonist narrates this book. We soon learn that despite the decade that has passed, Rebecca continues to cast a shadow over the lives of the De Winters.
