...I stumbled across the Meadfoot Bay Hotel and I thought it was great that they had their own website www.meadfoot.com. I browsed the pages and was happy with what i saw, so decided to pick up the phone to see if they had any availability. Lucky for us, they had 1 room left which was a double and incidentally was room No.1. The hotel itself is set 200m from Meadfoot bay (a superb, quiet spot with excellent walks and a lovely beach). I decided to take ... ...them as we were looking at a 15min walk to the harbour, nightlife and main shopping area. Flatties all the way afraid to say...unless you want to get a taxi of course! - I would say this was the only disadvantage.
The hotel is ran by Chris, Caroline, Gary and Natalie Waters who strive on giving their guests a very warm and hospitable welcome. We were greeted by Gary who was extremely friendly and gave us the impression that 'nothing was too much ...
