We told the customer service representative we would be staying at the Grosvenor Resort for 4 days and asked him what the best means of transportation would be. He said that a shuttle would take us back and forth to downtown Disney, but that we would need transportation outside of the park. ...to make our reservations with Mears 24 hours in advance, just like you are supposed to, and we were surprised to find that Dixie Stampede was not covered under the "super pass", and the charge would be an extra $24. No idea what there are all these bad reviews of mears, i've always had very good service. I've used them countless times to go to the various theme parks and they've always been on time both going and returning. I used them a week a go to go to my hotel and the shuttle bus arrived within 15 minutes of me going to the pick up point at the airport and the return journey they were bang on time. would always use them again and would recommend them to anyone

Located the Mears website to reserve transportation from Orlando Airport to local hotel. Navigated through the details of my reservation; destination, flight information and dates. Clicked through the confirm reservation and entered my credit card infomration. The confirm screen redisplayed and as a result was unable to pay.
