We bought a prepaid packsge thru travelocity this really ticked off the worker behind the counter at the airport. It then takes mears 1hr and 30 minutes to get us to our resort some 14 miles away. When we arrived at the airport we had to progress to the curbside attendant who told us that their office was inside the terminal. We then seen the sign saying they were closed. after going back outside the mears rep sent us downstairs to a counter. I then tried to tell the counter worker that we had a prepaid package she gave no response until she asked us for money. I said again we had prepaid for a round trip package. She yelled "Not one of these" and left the counter upon her return 15minutes later we were sent back outside to curbside station. They sent us back in for a 35 minute wait. We even though prepaid did not use their service back to the airport

Totally agree on the poor rating of this company. I have worked myself in the bus & coach industry and have never come across such a rude bunch of people. Very unhelpful staff, very unreliable service. It's the only thing that let the holiday down!
