We booked a Mears transfer to a theme park by phone and had a unique booking reference. When the driver turned up to our hotel we got on the small bus with the reservation but after about 5 minutes a couple turned up that seemed to be of the same nationality as the driver, they had not pre-booked like we had the night before and has just turned up in hope of getting on the bus! The driver actually asked that we leave the bus and wait 1 hour for the next one so that the other couple could get on. A Complete disgrace that the driver could have been so predudice against us, and just one of the many instances where Mears put customer service last. I have used them through Virgin for almost 8 consecutive years and get this type of treatment.

I said that i had used them for eight years and as a result of this incident i will be put off using them in the future not that i am a gluton for bad service and continued to use them after this happened!
