Advantages: Wonderful beach, small town which hasn't been overdeveloped and still retains it's fishing village charm Disadvantages: Only one road into resort which gets extremely busy during high season, town centre can be noisy late at night in high season
...- and the views of the Les Medes islands opposite the resort and the surrounding area are pretty fantastic. L'Estartit also has it's own marina which is full of boats: this makes for a pretty evening stroll, flanked by bars and restaurants.
The town is reached by a main road running from Torreolla de Montgri into L'Estartit. This is the only road into town and hence it does get incredibly busy during peak periods, mostly Easter, July and August.
The town's main attraction is the beach, which stretches along the front of the main town and beyond. The beach is sandy, and safe for children, as it has a natural sandbank, meaning that it's easy to go a long way out without going out of your depth. The beach is clean, and, at the town end of the beach, there is parking, and a first aid centre, as well as a couple of beach bars offering snacks...

Advantages: Brilliant Tune, Brilliant Sound System, Excellent Artwork Disadvantages: Its A Not So Good But Cheaper Version Of The Works
...The Dome II is free til 11:30pm and open til 3am all weekend.
With 2 rooms, you can either club to House/Dance style music in the main room, or vibe to the RnB/Hip:Hop in the upstairs room.
I am a future DJ at The Dome II, just doing a couple of hours for my mate who DJ's on a Saturday in the RnB room.
With being in the club from opening time til when it shuts, i must admit, it is a bit dead with no atmosphere at the moment, but this is because it turned into a gay bar before it re-opened.
People have got to start going back in there, its only really busy between 1-2am, but when i say busy, only half the place is open and there are no queues at the many bars in there.
So basically, everyone should go The Dome to get it back to its potential.
Its cheap
Special drink offers all night
Free entry til 11:30pm
2 Rooms...

Advantages: Cheap, 800M from beach, near shops, restaurants etc. Disadvantages: very basic
...I would only recommend this of you want a cheap holiday. It is not luxury, the apartments can be very high, which is scary! The swimming pool is small, but there is a snack bar and pool table next to it. There are also tennis courts.
If you are going to only use your apartments for sleeping in etc. acuarium II is for you, otherwise, it's just a basic room and it's definately not luxury.
The area is not too bad and is very quiet for Benidorm's Levante Beach area. I think that it would be good for "lad's holidays" As the accomadation is not of a high standard.
The rooms are big enough and clean and the service is very good.
It is a ten minute walk to the market and 5 minute walk to the shops. It is also 2 minutes away from a small supermarket (which is quite expensive!) and also a pharmacy.
Generally, don't go there if you're looking...
