Mediterranean cuisine in Wales 23/01/2001

Advantages petit picturesque location,good turkish food, friendly accommodating staff, cheap prices
Disadvantages not many...only one..in S. Wales?

During my recent travels to the beautiful Welsh coastline I came across this delightful Turkish restaurant called "Mediterranean" in the petit Victorian town of Mumbles*. There are a variety of restaurants in Mumbles from fine French, English, Italian and Indian but this is apparently the only Turkish restaurant in South Wales. Meditteranean is a fairly new restaurant in Mumbles has only been open for approx. 10 months. We found this restaurant on a freezing Winters night after finishing the infamous “Mumbles Mile” round of the pubs..... We wondered if we’d get a complete ... more
