Buckatree Hall Hotel

Advantages: In a remote scenic area, lots of facilites
Disadvantages: slightly expensive but still worth it

Buckatree Hall Hotel - Telford Shropshire The hotel stated above is part of the Swallow Hotels chain, not like your average chain hotel this one is stunning my other half and I stayed there a couple of times going back after the first visit as we enjoyed it so much. It is a 2 star hotel but I believe it is well worth of more, it has 62 rooms catering for all needs and being very family friendly, they have single rooms, double rooms and family rooms and where possible will arrange and room to suit your individual needs. Buckatree Hall Hotel is situated just off the M54 in a remote location down a few back roads, it has a peaceful quiet surrounding area which puts you in the mood for your relaxing break away. There are several tourist attractions not far via car journey such as, Telford Shopping Centre, Park, Bowling Ally, Ice ...

The Sandringham Hotel

Advantages: cheap and Friendly
Disadvantages: None

The Sandringham Hotel...... The Sandringham Hotel is situated along the Esplanade on Sandown seafront in the Isle of Wight. It is a three star hotel although the feel of it is much more luxurious than that. There are over 200 rooms most of which are en-suite with only about two rooms which do not have a bathroom (but these are considerably cheaper compared with the en-suite rooms). The reception area is found straight off from the beach and this means there are a large number of stairs leading from reception to the main hotel areas. However if disabled people are staying there is an entrance found on the high street meaning that there are no stairs to climb before reaching the lift to the rooms. The whole of the hotel is very well kept and has been slowly modernised within the last few years. Behind the reception area there ...

Review of Sandringham Hotel, Sandown

A hotel on The Beach

Advantages: great place
Disadvantages: nowt really

You will find this hotel in the sea front of Sandown on the Isle of Wight. There are great views and it is meters from the beach. The Sandringham is open 49 weeks of the year. The Main appeal for those who choose the Sandringham Hotel over other hotels in the region is that the hotel actually offers a free return ferry journey via the Red Funnel Ferries. This ferry trip could cost from £40 - £80 depending on time of the year and how many passengers are travelling but with booking through the Sandringham you are already making a huge saving off the cost of the total holiday. Prices in truth fluctuate and they often have a lot of individual offers in the newspaper, which could save you quite a bit off the price of the rooms. Clearly the cost will be on the higher side throughout the summer holiday interlude but even then I ...
