We travelled to Menorca Sept 2005 where we had booked a four bedroomed villa called Springhill through a company called Bartle Holidays. There is also a small two bedroomed property called The Cottage which is a sort of annexe which can either be booked alone or for a lager party! The Villa and cottage were very comfortable. Springhill has it's own private swimming pool and a sea view. The beach and resort centre of Cala Galdana is only a short walk away and has a picturesque horseshoe bay with soft golden sand. There are bars, hotels and restaurants in the resort and shops for groceries, gifts etc, including a bakery which is highly recommended. If you hire a car, and are self catering, there are larger supermarkets in Cuitadella (the old capital) and Mahon (the new one).
We found all of Menorca a very pretty island with friendly people, warm sunshine and a relaxing pace of life - it also boasts over a hundred beaches which for the size of the island is pretty amazing!. Cala Galdana is known as the "Queen of the Calas" and is very deserving of the name! We were so impressed we have booked to go again this year!!

We propose some unforgettable holidays in "El Capistrano Villages", in Nerja, the privileged balcony of the Costa del Sol. "El Capistrano Villages" is, possibly, the most beautiful and exclusive Urbanisation on the Costa del Sol.
Advantages: Air conditioned and with a surprising range of facilities for such a small place Disadvantages: Quite a way from the most popular resorts - Forcat and Bosch
