Advantages: Lots to do, everything's cheaper Disadvantages: None that I can think of
...When most people think of going away to Spain, they think about the Costas, or the Balearics. However I found that Madrid has plenty to do as well
I visited La Reina Sofia Museum of Modern Art. This was my preferred museum There are some really cool exhibitions, even if you are not too keen on art. Also there is Del Prado is one of the most famous art museums in the world. There are mainly “old fashioned” renaissance style paintings in here, but it is interesting to walk around and see them. If it’s a nice day, before you enter the museum I suggest you sit on the grass and look at the gardens, which are very pretty.
Parque Del Retiro is also a nice place to sit an eat lunch on a good day. It’s just a walk down the Paseo Del Prado from the Del Prado museum. There are many things to look at and see in the park...

Madrid is the first city in Spain(the second one is Barcelona).
There´s living there around the 4.500.000 natives(much of them are not madrilians because(like London i suppose)
there are a "mix "of people it,s a cosmopolitan cityin wich every stranger are wellcome.Much of them comes from South America(Spain is for these people the Modern Native country).Its situated just in the center of spain.Some interesting places too in frontier with Madrid are Toledo,Segovia ,Avila..
The city has a culture reflected on old monuments like Museo del prado,Palacio real,Pza dela villa,Catedral dela almudena(there is not the best cathedral of spain;there is much better I have to recognize it but it,s very handsome too...

To Alicante City Centre: Exit using the main hotel exit, turn right. Take the first left. At the roundabout, turn right and you will see a tram station. The tram costs €1 each, single. The station does not make it clear how to purchase a ticket, so I'll cover that here. The station in the centre of Alicante is called “Mercado”. The station nearest to the Holiday Inn is called “Avda Naciones”. You can board the train without a ticket, however you must have the money to purchase one from the conductor.
