I have just returned from a holiday to Malta with Mercury Direct/Sunspot Tours and have to say i was 100% satisfied with the organization and quality of the holiday. From the moment i called the lady i spoke to was professional, efficient and most of all knowledgable. She gave me sound and good quality advice, and helped me choose a great holiday.
When i arrived in Malta i was met by my rep, who was very kind and pleasent (no hard sell!), just helpful Our transfers were on time and took us quickly to our hotel. The hotel itself was brilliant, the food was excellent and staff were friendly.
On return i have since recommended both Malta and Mercury Direct/Sunspot Tours to many of my friends and family members.
An absolute A+ company!

Im sorry for the poo ratin darlin but if you look at other peoples reviews, There expected to write alot more, The average review is about the size of an a4 page. However the review is well written if you add a bit more to the review let me know and i'll re rate : )
