Merry Hill is nearer dudley than Birmingham, and it is absolutley massive. It combines huge department stores like debenhams along with all sort of other little shops and has nice touches like indoor ponds and aquariums and there are plenty of places to have a sit down by these as it is a long walk around. Prices are pretty reasonable aswell. There are bus services that run from places in Birmingham to Merry Hill but I would recommend taking the car because of the length of the walk around the shopping centre and you'd probably take a whole day going round it and its free parking anyway.
