my recent visit to Merry Hill was spoiled immediately by having difficulty finding a parking space, walking in to the centre we were confronted with several smokers in entrance and obnoxious loud music being played throughout the malls. Although this may appeal to the younger person, it just annoys the older shopper. The number of stores selling fashion items was amazing, what a pity there is no shops selling clothes suitable for the older age group, in fact there is very little here to attract them at all, it appears fashion, coffee shops and eating places have taken over. I attempted to purchase a mantle clock but was dismayed to find this item has virtually disappeared here. Next a visit to M and S for curtains was a disappointment, and I suggest that in order to view curtains they should be seen hanging. My advice is if you are over fifty do not go here to shop.
You can't blame the shopping centre for M&S's curtain policy! :)

M&S is for older generation..what shops were missing? It isnt the shopping centres fault that M&S dont unpack their curtains. I have never been here I dont think.
