If you are not used to real Spanish food, Meson Bilbao could appear a good option between the thousand restaurants in London. However if you love quality food and enjoy an attentive service, this is not the place for you. Entering the restaurant I was first shocked discovering that no one in the staff was Spanish; the chef is from Philippines and I suppose the only way he knows Spain is by post card. The service was really slow, even if the restaurant was almost empty, and my husband and I had to wait one hour to order. When our paella arrived, the fish was clearly frozen, the rice overcooked and the bread almost green. To complete our devastating experience, before leaving Meson Bilbao a little mouse passed between my legs. I hope at least he enjoyed the food in the restaurant.

I think you should report them to the Department of Food and Health or the equivalent and complain about the mice and frozen food. They should have their licence revoked!
